Storage

I have just come back from New York where I visited The Container Store which is a haven for people like me.  The shop is full of every kind of storage container that you could ever want and I was in my element !! It did occur to me however that it is important NOT to get carried away with buying storage solutions straight away because we can end up storing a whole load of things we don’t actually need or want.  So, step one is always to declutter and get rid of all those unnecessary items first and then, and only then look at storage solutions for the things that are left.  It is great to be neat and tidy with everything stored away effectively but if we are just filling our cupboards with useless stuff it just defeats the object.
